Davtron Web Operations & Manufacturing Dashboard System
Davtron, an avionics manufacturer, needed a better way to manage operational data across departments. Their workflows relied heavily on manual spreadsheets and disconnected reporting. We designed and built a fully custom CMS-powered web operations system that automates data imports from QuickBooks via Zapier and FTP. The result was a centralized dashboard giving employees real-time visibility into timesheets, work orders, inventory, and MRP reporting.
